1. Where is my package?
After placing your order, it typically takes 1 to 3 business days (Mon-Fri) to process your order and 5 to 7 business days (Mon-Fri) for delivery. If these timelines are exceeded and your package still hasn't arrived, please contact our customer service team.
2. Where can I find my tracking code?
Once your order is shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking code via email. Please also check your spam folder as our emails may sometimes end up there. Note that there may be a delay before the tracking link becomes active.
3. How can I track the progress of my order?
You can track the progress of your order using the tracking number you received by email. Simply enter this tracking number on our "Track Your Order" page to check the status of your delivery.
