Please note: All orders are dispatched from, and returns are processed at, our warehouse in China (see Section 6).
2. Products and Descriptions
We take all reasonable steps to ensure that the descriptions, images, and specifications of products listed on our website are accurate, truthful, and up to date. All textile products are labelled in accordance with the Textile Products (Labelling and Fibre Composition) Regulations 2012, and our supply chain is subject to ongoing quality controls. All product images are representative of the actual items sold. Descriptions accurately reflect the size, colour, composition, and function of the goods. Any product described as being made of a specific material is correctly labelled in accordance with applicable UK legislation.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are stated in GBP (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable. Prices may be subject to change without prior notice but will not affect orders already confirmed.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as PayPal and other secure payment methods indicated on our website.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 to 3 business days of confirmation. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your shipping location and selected service at checkout.
Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout. In the event of a return, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, in which case Mova London will cover all return shipping costs, provided the return is initiated in accordance with our return process (see Section 6).
5. Cancellations
In accordance with The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, customers located in the United Kingdom or European Union have the legal right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.
To exercise your right of cancellation, please notify us by email at info@movalondon.com within this period. For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, you will receive a prepaid return label. For all other returns, you will receive instructions for arranging return postage at your cost. A full refund will be issued once the goods are returned in acceptable condition (see Section 6).
You will also receive a cancellation notice for every order as required by applicable law.
6. Returns and Refunds
At Mova London, we offer a 30-day return policy that goes beyond the legal minimum. Customers may return items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, subject to the conditions below.
Return Eligibility:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition (unless faulty or damaged upon arrival);
- Returned with original packaging, where possible.
Return Procedure:
- Contact us at info@movalondon.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and a brief explanation for the return.
- For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we’ll provide a prepaid return label. For all other returns, we’ll provide clear instructions for arranging return postage at your cost.
Return Shipping Costs:
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. There are no deductions, restocking fees, or hidden charges for returnable items.

Non-Returnable Items:
None. All items sold by Mova London are eligible for return and refund, provided they are returned in accordance with the conditions set out in this policy. This includes personal care products, gift cards, and sale items, in line with UK consumer protection law.
Items returned damaged, used, or outside the return window may be refused or subject to a partial refund.
Refund Process:
Once the returned goods are received and inspected, we will confirm receipt by email and issue a full refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that banks or card issuers may require additional time to process the transaction.
7. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Please contact us as soon as possible at info@movalondon.com, ideally within 7 days of delivery. We will provide instructions and ensure that all associated costs (including return shipping) are covered by Mova London.
8. Legal Compliance
Mova London complies with all applicable UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and the Textile Products (Labelling and Fibre Composition) Regulations 2012.
Nothing in these Terms shall affect your statutory rights.
9. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of, or reliance on, our website or products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any contract formed under them shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website. Customers are encouraged to review this page periodically to ensure familiarity with the current version.
