A. 30-Day Return Policy

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of your order’s delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.


B. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@movalondon.com with your order number and reason for return.
Important updates:

  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
  • Returns must be sent per post to the address provided upon approval.
  • Drop-off location and in-store returns are not available.


C. Return Shipping Label

We do not provide prepaid return labels. You are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.
Please ensure you use a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.


D. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately upon receiving your order at info@movalondon.com with photos and a description.
We will resolve the issue with a replacement, refund, or exchange at no cost to you.

 

E. Exchanges

Exchanges are possible for:

  • Damaged or defective products
  • Incorrect items
  • Wrong sizes

F. Refund Processing Time

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.

G. Discounts and Refunds

  • Discounts must be applied at checkout.
  • Refunds will not be issued for discounts or promo codes not used at the time of purchase.
